ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS/CANCELLATION

ONCE A PURCHASE ORDER HAS BEEN ISSUED BY YOU AND ACCEPTED BY COBBLESTONE MILL WOODWORKS. IT WILL BE SUBJECT TO A CANCELLATION FEE. FEE WILL BE DETERMINED BY, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE PROGRESS OF THE ORDER AND BILLED TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE ORDER NUMBER.

SHIPMENTS

DAMAGE/SHORTAGES

INSPECT FREIGHT UPON ARRIVAL AND UNPACK, CHECKING FOR INTERNAL DAMAGE OR SHORTAGES. PLEASE REFUSE SHIPMENT OUTRIGHT IF VISIBLY DAMAGED. IF YOU ARE UNSURE OF CONCEALED DAMAGE, SIGN THE FREIGHT BILL AS “POSSIBLE CONCEALED DAMAGE” AND KEEP THE FREIGHT. NOTIFY OUR SHIPPING DEPARTMENT IMMEDIATELY AT 770-345-5612 EXT 131. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL COBBLESTONE BE RESPONSIBLE FOR CLAIMS OF VISIBLE DAMAGED FREIGHT SIGNED FOR FREE AND CLEAR!

DUE TO RECENT CHANGES TO FREIGHT COMPANY POLICIES, YOU NOW HAVE 5 DAYS FROM DATE OF DELIVERY TO FILE A CLAIM FOR ANY CONCEALED DAMAGES. AFTER THE 5 DAY PERIOD, FREIGHT COMPANIES ARE REFUSING ALL CONCEALED DAMAGE CLAIMS. IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS ABOUT THE CLAIM PROCESS OR YOU NEED ASSISTANCE FILING A CLAIM, CONTACT OUR SHIPPING DEPARTMENT AT THE ABOVE PHONE NUMBER AND EXTENSION.

RETURNS

COBBLESTONE MANUFACTURED PRODUCTS AND SPECIAL ORDER HARDWARE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. IN-STOCK HARDWARE MAY BE RETURNED IF ACCOMPANIED BY A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER BUT MAY BE ASSESSED A 20% RESTOCKING FEE IF RETURNED AFTER 45 DAYS. ALL FREIGHT CHARGES ON RETURNED MERCHANDISE ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF OUR DISTRIBUTORS.
